The Law 3851 / 2010 on Accelerating the Development of Renewable Energy in Greece and the Ministerial Decision 36720 / 08.25.2010 enable public and private organizations to install PV systems on roofs, flat roofs, warehouses and garages of legally existing buildings.

Public and Private organizations must fulfill the following conditions to participate in the program

• own or lease the building,
• have received all the necessary licenses for their operation, and
• have the required funds for the investment.

The program covers the Mainland. According to thisΚίνητρα

• the installation of photovoltaic systems > 10 KWp on professional buildings does not require environmental licensing,
• the installation of photovoltaic systems of up to 1 MWp on professional buildings does not require production license and any other declaratory act and
• there is no need of any license to install PV systems of up to 100 KWp on professional buildings.

• the preparation and submission of the application file to the Public Electricity Company,την προετοιμασία και υποβολή του φακέλου της αίτησης προς τη Δ.Ε.Η.,
• the design and installation of the PV system according to the customer requirements and
• the monitoring and maintenance of PV system.
